Mathieu joined ICG in 2026 and is the Head of France for European Corporate, leading the strategy’s activities in the country.
Prior to joining ICG, Mathieu worked at PAI Partners, where he spent 23 years, most recently as a partner, investment committee member and head of its business services team.
Mathieu holds a master’s degree in finance from Sciences Po Paris, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and a degree in business analysis from Lancaster University.
