Hadj joined ICG in 2000 and is the Head of Southern Europe, European Corporate and a member of the strategy's investment committee.
Prior to joining ICG he spent three years as an analyst at Acquisition Finance group of BNP Paribas.
Hadj is a graduate of Institut National Agronomique de Paris, with a degree in engineering.
