Diversity and inclusion
Through a focus on inclusion, we create an environment in which each colleague is able to fulfil their individual potential and contribute to our collective goals.
We cultivate a diversity of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives as well as an environment in which debate and challenge is not just encouraged but expected. Together, they form the basis of our resilience and innovation, and ultimately they drive exceptional results.

An employer of choice
We aim to create a culture in which our employees feel comfortable to bring their entire experience and background to work, in order to develop their talents and deliver exceptional results.
Our hiring strategies aim to foster inclusion and to acknowledge diverse representation.
Building a diverse pool of future talent
We are focused on supporting specific external bodies and initiatives whose aim is to increase the diverse pool of talent across the industry.
But success in this area does not come from management or policy alone. A key element of success for everyone at ICG is our D&I Hub, driven by employees for employees. Global D&I Champions connect with all parts of the firm at all levels and generate ideas as well as put them into action. Our employee networks make an enormous difference for the inclusion and development of particular groups or causes such as women, ethnic minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, families or mental and physical wellbeing. Together, they inform firmwide decision‐making as well as drive individual initiatives.
