Diversity and inclusion at ICG

Antje Hensel-Roth, Chief People and External Affairs Officer, highlights D&I at ICG

To us at ICG, inclusion means enabling employees to bring their true selves to the firm, to make the most of their abilities, and to find success because of the unique perspective which their backgrounds or beliefs bring to the firm. This commitment enables us to attract the best people and help them reach their full potential.

But success in this area does not come from management or policy alone. A key element of success for everyone at ICG is our D&I Hub, driven by employees for employees. Global D&I Champions connect with all parts of the firm at all levels and generate ideas as well as put them into action. Our employee networks make an enormous difference for the inclusion and development of particular groups or causes such as women, ethnic minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, families or mental and physical wellbeing. Together, they inform firmwide decision‐making as well as drive individual initiatives.
