Mathieu joined ICG in 2026 and is the Head of France for ICG Structured Capital: Europe, leading the strategy’s activities in the country.
Prior to joining ICG, Mathieu worked at PAI Partners, where he spent 23 years, most recently as a partner, investment committee member and head of its business services team.
Mathieu holds a master’s degree in finance from Sciences Po Paris, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and a degree in business analysis from Lancaster University.
