Antje Hensel-Roth

Antje joined ICG in 2018 and in 2020, she was appointed to the Board and became Chief People and External Affairs Officer.

Antje’s role:

  • To lead strategic human capital management with a particular focus on business diversification strategies
  • Lead communications and external affairs

Antje is responsible for leading both strategic human capital management with a particular focus on business diversification strategies, as well as communications and external affairs.

She has led a comprehensive drive for excellence in leadership, talent management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She possesses extensive experience in the global asset management industry, with a particular focus on alternative investments. She has been instrumental in delivering new business initiatives and driving diversification into new investment strategies as well as positioning ICG as an employer of choice for high calibre executives across all business lines globally.

Career history

Prior to joining ICG, she was Global Co‐Head of the Investment Management Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, in which role she acted as an advisor to ICG from 2011. Antje graduated from the University of Düsseldorf and holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
