Enhancing access to our industry

 

In line with our strategic priorities for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), we seek to ensure that our charitable efforts are clearly aligned to our corporate purpose and values.

As an organisation, we focus on creating and enhancing opportunities for disadvantaged young people and have therefore committed £4m from FY23 to FY25 to support partnerships with charities dedicated to improving educational opportunity and social mobility across Europe and the US, in addition to other charitable commitments.

We also provide a number of ways for our employees to leverage their own contributions.

We believe that our people are fundamental to every part of our success and, working with partners in our D&I work, we strive for greater representation across not only our business, but the wider industry, benefitting the communities in which we live and work.
