Effective 21 July 2025, ICG has officially changed its name from "Intermediate Capital Group plc" to "ICG plc" at Companies House.
A Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the change of name has been issued and corresponding name changes have been made to the following ICG subsidiaries:
- Intermediate Capital Managers Limited to ICG Manager Limited
- Intermediate Capital Group, Inc. to ICG Investments Inc.
- Intermediate Capital Asia Pacific Limited to ICG Asia Pacific Limited
- Intermediate Capital Group (Singapore) Pte. Limited to ICG Investments (Singapore) Pte. Limited
