ICG will invest across the capital structure and work alongside Godt Smil’s management team to support the firm’s growth initiatives. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Godt Smil is one of Denmark’s leading dental chains with over 600 dentists, dental hygienists, clinic assistants and anesthetists. The chain is divided into 30 state-of-the-art clinics in the country’s larger and smaller cities. Godt Smil was founded in 2008 and today, the Godt Smil clinics treat over 2,000 patients every single day.
