ICG opened its Warsaw office in 2016. Today, Warsaw is a strategic in-house capability hub that supports the scaling of the Group’s business and the ongoing development of ICG’s global operating platform.
Teams based in Warsaw support corporate and investment functions across ICG, including data management, analytics, client reporting, investment operations and compliance. Working in close partnership with colleagues across the wider Group, the Warsaw office plays an active role in strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing controls and enabling technology-driven scaling.
By contributing to the evolution of ICG’s platform — particularly in areas such as data, reporting and analytics — the Warsaw office helps deliver a more consistent investor experience and supports insight-driven decision-making across the organisation.
ICG Warsaw is also an engaged and values-led community. Colleagues participate in charitable giving and volunteering, supporting initiatives that matter locally and across the markets where ICG operates.

ICG Poland’s support for the Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe
The ICG Scholarship Fund was created in 2025 by ICG and the Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe to empower the next generation of leaders in finance. This dedicated fund provides financial support to enable access to transformative local and global opportunities, as well as a six-month development framework for selected scholars—students of Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. By empowering gifted individuals, the Fund aims to inspire and cultivate responsible citizens and visionary leaders who will shape a better future for the CEE region and beyond.
