ICG opened its Warsaw office in 2016. Today, Warsaw is a strategic in-house capability hub that supports the scaling of the Group’s business and the ongoing development of ICG’s global operating platform.
Teams based in Warsaw support corporate and investment functions across ICG, including data management, analytics, client reporting, investment operations and compliance. Working in close partnership with colleagues across the wider Group, the Warsaw office plays an active role in strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing controls and enabling technology-driven scaling.
By contributing to the evolution of ICG’s platform — particularly in areas such as data, reporting and analytics — the Warsaw office helps deliver a more consistent investor experience and supports insight-driven decision-making across the organisation.
